I started doing 56K upgrades for dial up modems in High School. When the Internet was still just starting out. Then went on to phone technologies and ISDN equipment. From there I took courses and studied all of the available server operating systems. Over the last 11 years I have supported by phone and E-mail any type of computer related product you could think of. I also have had several years of hands on hardware experience with small to corporation wide equipment. In my spare time I have learned web design and how to build custom databases.
